The Management Committee (MC) plays a crucial advisory role in major decisions and provides essential support to the Director for the strategic and operational management of the Center. It ensures the effective implementation of TIDRC's vision and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Advice
Provides expert advice on all strategic and operational matters to guide the Center's development and success.
Governance & Coordination
Actively supports the governance structure and ensures seamless coordination between all research and administrative units.
Resource Management
Ensures the smooth and efficient management of administrative processes and the allocation of resources.

Statutory researchers and teacher-researchers, public servants or contract agents working at TIDRC.

Meeting Frequency
The Management Committee holds ordinary sessions on a monthly basis, chaired by the Director. Extraordinary sessions may also be held upon the Director’s request to address specific or urgent matters.
